VendorSage is now Node

We started in 2023 as VendorSage. The job was simple: help companies understand what software they had, what it cost, and how to stop overpaying. We benchmarked spend, negotiated renewals, and helped customers like Tracksuit, Halter, and VeVe save hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The product worked. But the same questions kept coming up — what tool should we be using, how much should we be paying, is this the best fit for the work we're actually trying to do? The answer was almost always a guess.

Optimising spend doesn't matter much if the software isn't doing what it's supposed to do. The real problem wasn't that companies were overpaying. It was that they had no picture of how their tools, workflows, agents, and people actually connected. Every decision — buy, renew, cut, deploy — was made without understanding the work it was supposed to support.

The spend layer is still there — it's where most customers start. But underneath it is a living model of how a business actually operates: the capabilities, the workflows, the tools, the agents, and the people who depend on them. We don't just tell you what you're paying for. We tell you whether it's working.

What this means in practice

VendorSage Limited has been renamed to Node AI Limited. It is the same company, same legal entity, same founders, same team, and same customers. Only the name, brand, and product scope have changed.
